Depending on the specific transaction and subject to contractual authorization, regulatory compliance, and facility availability, Avexa Energy LLC may also arrange temporary storage capacity, tank capacity leasing, or capacity sublease solutions through independent terminal operators for qualified counterparties.
These arrangements relate exclusively to storage capacity and infrastructure access.
They should not be interpreted as ownership of the underlying commodities, operational control of storage facilities, or management of logistics infrastructure by Avexa Energy LLC.
